Relationships are the key to creating healthy and productive work environments where staff love to work. Communication is the foundation of these important relationships. Many people believe that communication is based on the words we say or type in a message, but words make up only seven percent of communication. I am dedicated to helping managers, supervisors and leaders become expert communicators using voice, body language and phrasing techniques to build trust and engagement with their teams and clients.
